Our Office is open between 9 am – 9 pm

Check in between 2 pm – 9 pm is preferred, but can be arranged outside these hours by phoning us (02) 6842 1706

Guests are asked to check out by 10 am (NSW time). Later check out (up to 12 noon) may be arranged by contacting the office before 10 am. After noon, guests will be charged an additional night’s tariff if the room hasn’t been vacated.

Parking is provided at each unit.
In most instances, this can accommodate a vehicle and trailer.
Larger vehicles can be parked elsewhere on the property, but in close vicinity to the guest’s unit.

All of our units are non-smoking but we allow smoking outside the units if done responsibly and all cigarette buds are properly disposed of

Yes, we definitely are!
We have 5 pet-friendly units but it is at the Village’s discretion.
We ask pet owners to contact us before booking to ensure their pet can be accommodated

Guests may use the laundry facilities, subject to availability. Please come see us in reception or give us a call at (02) 6842 1706 and arrange a suitable time. We have a washing machine, dryer and clothes lines available.
This service is free for staying guests.

Each unit has a reverse cycle air conditioning which can be used for heating and cooling the room.
Additional fans and heaters are also supplied and beds are fitted with electric blankets during cold months.

At Castlereagh Village, we offer free, unlimited wifi in all of our units.
The relevant user and password details are supplied on guest arrival.
If you experience any trouble with the connection, please come see us in the reception.

Guests are able to self-cater as all of our units have kitchenettes or full kitchen facilities and dining settings that can accommodate up to four or six people.
In town centre, Woolworths and IGA stores are open seven days a week, with both offering pre-prepared meals in addition to groceries
Several cafes and restaurants are within four kms from the Village offering breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Some also offer takeaway if you want to eat comfortably in our units.
A small selection of preprepared meals is available at reception for late arrivals - please call us on (02) 6842 1706 if you would like to arrange for this before check-in.

We prefer our guests to call on (02) 6842 1706 and talk to us when they need to cancel their booking. The following applies for our cancellation policy:
(a) Cancel at least 24 hours before check in: Free cancellation and full refund of whatever has been paid
(b) Cancel within 24 hours of check in: 50% of booking charge or transferable, subject to negotiation
(c) No Show/No Notification: Booking charge in full with card on file

If you book directly through our website and book online, we charge a $40 deposit upon booking. The outstanding amount is payable upon check-in at which time we will handover the key to your accommodation.
If you would like to pay for your stay in an alternative way, please contact us on (02) 6842 1706 and we will arrange for an alternate payment method.
